This is a gorgeous little space perfect for 2-4 travellers! It’s so beautifully and artistically finished! Catania is certainly a city of contrast and while the street scape might feel a bit daunting at first, there are incredible things to see. Venture just two blocks behind the apartment and you will be in tge heart of the historic centre with vibrant cafes and beautiful buildings. If you’re visiting Catania I can’t recommend this place highly enough, with kind and generous hosts! Gegend etwas wüst, dafür genug Geschäfte und Restaurants ohne Touristenansturm. Alles sauber und elegant, TV mit netflix und Co... zum Kochen und frühstücken alles vorhanden. 10 min zum Zentrum. Superbude.

It was easy to get to by bus from the airport and close to the bus stop.The place was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. It was the best form bed and perfect pillows. My sleep was incredible. Highly recommend!!!!Posted onVerified This place had everything you need and then some ( sun screen, after sun lotion etc. IIaria has thought of everything. The space is very well laid out and the decorating and historic pictures representing the city were special. There are also plenty of lights and plugs that are well situated. It is only a 10 minute walk to the historic centre. Don’t be put off by the look of the street it is perfectly safe. I was an older female travelling by myself and was fine. The bus from the airport dropped me off 3 short streets away. The host provided great suggestions for restaurants etc. and communicated with words and pictures how everything worked and what to expect. I was very impressed with her presentation on what’s app. although I did it through my email and it worked fine. This was the best and most unique place I have stayed in. Tolle Unterkunft, es war alles vorhanden, wie in der Beschreibung. Im oberen Schlafbereich war es etwas warm, die Klimaanlage hat eher den unteren Bereich gekühlt. By far this is one of the best apartments we have ever stayed in. The apartment is beautifully decorated, it has high end appliances like the latest technology in espresso making (what most Italians don’t even have in their house). Mattress, perfect. Tableware, perfect, bathroom, excellent. They decorated with images of Catania and encouragements to sightsee outside the box, really looking beyond the so called “shabby” aspects of the city. Catania is being rebuilt, beautified, pedestrianized, and they explain that so you can experience the real beauty of the city. Don’t miss the ice cream shop a few feet away from the place, the best and cheapest in town. Thanks Ilaria !
